The Way We Do Things

Simple principles we have always worked by and always will.

Work honestly, earn honestly.
We quote fairly and charge what is agreed. No inflated parts markups, no unnecessary call-outs, no upselling work that does not need doing. If a job is straightforward, we will tell you. If something is beyond repair, we will tell you that too.
Do it right, do it once.
We diagnose properly before we fix. A repair that fails in two weeks is not a job done. We take the time to find the root cause so you are not calling us back for the same problem next month.
Show up, and show up on time.
When a kitchen fridge goes down, every hour matters. If we say we will be there in two hours, we will be there. Our engineers are based across London, not dispatched from a depot outside the M25.
Treat every client like they are your only one.
Whether it is a single restaurant or a 50-site FM estate, the standard of work does not change. Every job gets the same attention. Every client gets a straight answer and a job sheet at the end.
Who We Are

A Family Business Built on Real Experience

Kept Cold is a family-run commercial refrigeration company. There are four of us, all brothers, all working engineers with careers spent in commercial refrigeration. Between us we bring over 30 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the equipment London businesses depend on every day.

We started Kept Cold because we saw how the industry worked and knew we could do it better. Faster response times. Engineers who actually know the equipment. Honest pricing with no inflated fees or unnecessary parts.

Registration Ref 1019992. All engineers individually certified for safe handling of refrigerants under UK F-Gas regulations.

Independently assessed for health and safety competence. Required by many FM clients and procurement frameworks.
Authorised Foster Partner
Authorised Foster Refrigeration partner for service, repair, and supply. Trade pricing extended directly to customers.
Full Liability Insurance
Public liability and employers liability insurance on every job. Certificates available on request.
24/7 Emergency Cover
Emergency attendance every day of the year including bank holidays. Response within 2 to 4 hours across London.
